Door Code
Your door code is the last four digits of the phone number you used to book your stay – to access your room, punch in the four-digit code on the keypad and hit the black key with a red symbol. There will be a slight delay, and then you will hear the deadbolt slide when the door is open.
Early Check-In
If you would like to request early check-in, please reach out to Jill at least 48 hours in advance, and she will let you know if it can be accommodated.
Parking
Parking in the lot is for one vehicle, please visit the page here for more information about parking options and Downtown Rehoboth transportation.
No Smoking
No smoking on balconies or in your room (this will result in a $350 smoke removal fee).
No Elevator
There is NO elevator. Please plan accordingly.
No Pets
Cape Suites does not allow pets, as the owner who services the property has a severe allergy. Bringing a pet to the hotel will result in a $250 cleaning fee, in addition to any charges for damages caused to the room.
Wash Station
Wash station for sand is located near the ice machine at the bottom of the stairs.
Laundry
We have basic supplies and steamers (no irons) that you can take to your room. Please return them when you’re done. Please do laundry before 4pm.
Towels and Linens
Towels & linens will be refreshed on stays longer than 4 days – Only by request, with a 4-hour window.
Noise Ordinance
Local noise ordinance is in place from 8am–8pm; for violations, please call Rehoboth Beach Police at 302-227-2577
Trash
Please lend a hand by taking your trash to the dumpster on your way out.
